Software Developer

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited university.

Experience: 2+ Years
Department: Products
Must Have Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on development experience in .NET technologies. Excellent working knowledge of MVC, .NET 4, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL, XAML, HTML and JavaScript
  • Experience in developing desktop application using C# and .NET 4.
  • Hands-on experience of DB Design and writing complex queries
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX as well as working in CSS
  • Some basic understanding of EdTech is a plus point

Assistant Manager Business Planning & Development

Qualification:

Masters in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance from renowned institutes will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, build and maintain the relationships with customers
  • Arranging business development meetings, envents and seminars for relevant clients
  • Understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these as well as achieve the target
  • Development of relevant concept notes, proposals and other marketing collaterals for customers
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates in view of the latest market trend and customers’ feedback
  • Assist in development of company wide business strategy focused on company revenue and growth
  • Develop an understanding of key value drivers of the education technology ecosystem, as well as an understanding of macro & micro-economic indicators and their impact.
  • Collection and analysis of different value drivers, trends, and development and responsible for providing decision support to management.
  • Supervise and keep track of all risks and opportunities and provide timely reports to management.
  • Monitoring the market to keep up-to-date on the latest trends in the industry.
  • Liaison with Stakeholders and manage engagements/collaborations.
  • Keep track of the progress on strategic initiatives, develop progress reports and provide timely information.
  • Preparation of monthly reports against targets/forecasts.

    • Drive/Lead discussion of all key stakeholders to understand context, validate challenges and build consensus about current and future -state of solutions in the organization
    • Composing and presenting best fit solution(s) for organizational challenges and business drivers to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
    • Analyzing and documenting solutions by creating business cases, defining requirements, modelling workflows, managing change, and developing performance measures.
    • Developing analysis for product launches and operations while estimating workflow and technical development work requirement estimations
    • Development of essential documentation (SRS Documents, Workflow Documents, Change Request documents, training manuals etc.) to manage product and process development

    Qualification:

    Minimum Graduation in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Build and maintain the social media presence
    • Measure and the report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
    • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
