UI/UX Specialist

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferred) in Design, Computer Science, etc. or related field or equivalent from an accredited university.

Experience: 3 - 5 + Years

  • 3-5 + Years proven UI / UX designing experience in web-based solutions and mobile applications.

    • Department: Products
    Requirements:

    • A strong portfolio of web and mobile application designs.

    • Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
    • Familiarity with UI / UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, PhotoShop etc.
    • Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
    • Ability to independently conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on user needs.
    • Exhibit the ability to prioritize user centered and Human Computer Interaction optimized design approach .

    Django Developer

    Qualification:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited university.

  • Minimum 3 years of development in Python
  • Minimum 2 years of development in Django with REST APIs

    Requirements:

    • Experience working with the following technologies: Python, Django REST Framework, MySQL Django ORM.
    • Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
    • Experience with asynchronous Python using Celery or alternative.
    • Solid SQL knowledge and ability to design effective data storage for the task at hand, query performance optimization skills.
    • Experience with performance optimization, scaling, and event analytics.
    • Experience with hardening codebases by practicing secure coding.
    • Write and maintain functional and unit tests for automated testing and deployment.

    • Hands-on experience of DB Design and writing complex queries

    Qualification:

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, build and maintain the relationships with customers
  • Arranging business development meetings, envents and seminars for relevant clients
  • Understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these as well as achieve the target
  • Development of relevant concept notes, proposals and other marketing collaterals for customers
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates in view of the latest market trend and customers’ feedback
  • Assist in development of company wide business strategy focused on company revenue and growth
  • Develop an understanding of key value drivers of the education technology ecosystem, as well as an understanding of macro & micro-economic indicators and their impact.
  • Collection and analysis of different value drivers, trends, and development and responsible for providing decision support to management.
