Cloud DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a talented Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team! If you are passionate about building, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

Monitoring and Logging: Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure cloud environment health and performance. Set up logging and alerting to proactively address potential issues.

Security: Ensure cloud infrastructure security by implementing best practices for identity and access management, data encryption, and vulnerability management.

Scripting and Automation: Write scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize cloud resources to improve performance and reduce costs.

Disaster Recovery: Design and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity and continuity.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience (4-5 years) as a Cloud DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
