Gull Zeba, the founder and CEO of RedMarker Systems, associated with the education sector in various capacities, provides strategic direction and leads the vision for the company. Her portfolio includes appointment as Chairperson Education Committee and Executive Member of RCCI, and Board Member for various public and private limited companies including Pakistan Horticulture Authority, Humkaar, and Drekkar Kingsway Limited.
JAWAD AZFAR
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER (CPO)
Jawad Azfar, co-founder, and CPO, with his strong analytical and leadership skills and extensive experience, is leading RedMarker Systems Products and Operations. He possesses 19 years of demonstrable experience in multiple industries including Aviation, Technology Funding, and Education assessment. He was instrumental in leading various strategic programs at IGNITE, including National Incubation Centers (NICs) Program, and other HRD programs.

HEAD OF BUSINESS SERVICES
Attiq possesses excellent Project Management skills with 11 years of experience in executing large-scale projects for the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of IT & Telecom, Punjab Education Foundation, and FBISE.

HEAD OF STRATEGY & PRODUCT
Asfand has more than 16 years of professional experience in Strategy, Business Planning, and execution of strategy through design and development of strategic Projects & Programs in different fields including ICT, Innovation & Technology Commercialization, and Startup Ecosystem & Entrepreneurship Development.

SENIOR MANAGER STRATEGY & ANALYTICS
Mohsin, experienced at delivering innovative solutions to enhance user experience and product adaptability while optimizing business profitability, gave direction to RedMarker Systems as an EdTech startup. He has 11 years of experience primarily in business analytics, data-driven product design and product management, data visualization, and data-driven storytelling.
SANAM JALAL
MANAGER STRATEGY AND BUSINESS PLANING
Sanam has been working with RedMarker as Manager Strategy & Business planning since its inception. She has experience in Education and Social Sector for more than 6 years on several National and Internationally funded Projects. She successfully managed USAID Funded Project, PEC project funded by Mott McDonalds and BISE, Peshawar, first-ever E-Marking Project.
UMAR BIN TAHIR
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY MANAGER
Umar has been associated with the education sector of Pakistan in various capacities. He also has extensive experience in conceiving, organizing, managing, and monitoring education-related programs under the umbrella of Civil Society Education Fund, Global Campaign for Education as well as Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office, UK (formerly known as DFID-UK). Currently, he is managing business development as well as marketing activities at RedMarker Systems.
MOHAMMAD HAROON TOOR
EVP ENGINEERING & PORTFOLIO LEADER
Haroon handles the development of all key products along with sprint planning/scoping, requirements & designs analysis, deployment, testing, and client support. He has 20 years of experience working in various projects as a developer, Team Lead, Project Manager, Group Lead, and Portfolio Lead.
MUHAMMAD NAZIM
Solution Designer & Technical Architect
Nazim is the lead technical architect of our team. He defines features, phases, solutions, finalize specifications with stakeholders according to which the solution is managed, developed and delivered. He has 16 years of experience working on various projects as a developer, architect and Team Lead.
